Do you ever get tired of your friends?

My friend called me up the other day to talk through her vacation plans. I know it’s because he husband doesn’t want to deal with it and lets her handle all the details. The problem is that I don’t like listening. Hearing her great plans to travel makes me jealous because I don’t have the money nor the stamina to take these boys to such places. So I do my best to tune her out. I would like to just hang up.

But it’s what friends do. I guess.
